He would greet us with that wonderful smile and make us feel welcome and important to him . Condolence: So sorry to hear of uncle Joes passing, when I went to Stephenville in 1957 to live, it was with uncle Joe and Aunt Delphine, to live with them, and take care of June and Ruth, do some housework for them, I have very fond memories of him and the family. Condolence: Sometimes it is very hard to distinguish family from friends and quite often friends simply become family. When I retired back to Robert's Arm, after almost 40 years away, Joe was one of the first people that I saw. He didn't recognize me right off but after a few words, he said, "I must be getting old, I didn't even know me own" God Bless and Rest in Peace Joe.
