Aunt Bessie was a wonderful woman with a delightful smile and uplifting humor. Despite us living in separate provinces, I always enjoyed conversing with her on the phone and greatly appreciated her support and concern for events in my life. Aunt Bessie was a truly sincere woman and I will always remember the phone calls after Leaf games and her passion for her favourite hockey team. Her life was truly an inspiration for us all. I may not be able to be there in person, but my thoughts and prayers will be.
