Obituary for Dennis John Hiscock

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Dennis John Hiscock announce his passing at his residence in Grand Falls-Windsor on May 16, 2016 at the age of 61. He is predeceased by his father, Cecil. Dennis leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his mother, Maisie; brothers, Glenn (Donna) of Grand Falls-Windsor; Munden (Marilyn) of Grand Falls-Windsor; and Boyd (Lorraine) of Grand Falls-Windsor; and his nieces and nephews who will forever miss their Uncle Dennis.

Retired from Abitibi Consolidated, it was not his work that defined him but instead the treasured times shared with family and friends alike. Dennis loved to spend time in the woods fishing and hunting and was a lover of animals. He had a special affection for his cabin in Kings Point and for Black Horses. While his life may have been only a mere 61 years, he did his best to enjoy every moment and he will be forever remembered as the life of the party. Reverend Joan Antle will conduct the funeral service at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church on Friday, May 20, 2016 at 2:00 P.M.
