John (Jack) Kenneth Woodman
1934-2017
It is with great sadness that the family of the late John (Jack) Kenneth Woodman
announce his passing at his home in Grand Falls - Windsor on May 28th,2017 at the age of 83.
Jack retired from Newfoundland Power; he was a member of the Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Exploits Valley 50 Plus Club, and Newfoundland Power Trailblazers Association. Predeceased by his parents Douglas (1993) and Elizabeth Martha Gill Woodman (2002) and his brother, Douglas (1988). Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Mavis (Morgan) of 62 years and son Malcolm (Jeanette) of Bedford Nova Scotia. Also leaving to mourn are his grandchildren Grant and Morgan (Adrian Saturley); sisters Margaret Yetman (Eric) and Patricia Hammond (Rev. Walter) and a large circle of family and friends. Rev. Randy Lockyer will conduct the funeral service at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church, on June 2nd, 2017. Interment will be at the Interfaith Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Jim Maidment of Central Funeral Homes.
