Leonard Joseph Buckle
1944 - 2017
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Leonard Joseph Buckle announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Healthcare Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor on July 4, 2017 at the age of 72. He was retired from PBM Masonry and predeceased by his parents Leonard and Maggie Buckle, his son Paul Buckle and his brothers, Jerry and Bernard Buckle. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his daughters, Joan (Lee) Hils of Dundas, ON, Dianne (Ryan) Buckle of Hamilton, ON, and daughter-in-law Beryl Buckle of Pilley’s Island NL. Also leaving to mourn is his sister Lorraine and his brother Monty, grandchildren, Maggie (Jason), Matthew (Ashley), Jessica (Dave), Christopher (Carley), and Nicolas. Great grandchildren, Danielle, Avery, Sawyer, and Paul. The funeral service will be at the United Church Pilleys' Island at 2:00 PM, July 7, 2017. Interment will be at the Pilley’s Island Cemetery.
