Condolence: I had the pleasure of being friends with Mike in the first couple of years of high school and still cherish the memories we made during those times. It turned out Mike and I shared many interests in computers, video games, Monty Python, and music by U2, Sheryl Crow, and Midnight Oil. I still appreciate how Mike opened my eyes to other ways to view the world and benefit from those lessons to this day. Condolence: I just returned from vacation and was very saddened to hear Michael had passed away. I had the pleasure of working with Michael as his nurse for several years. In spite of his many challenges and struggles he was a "gentle giant", always kind, thoughtful and respectful.
