VERA GAY SNOW (WELLMAN)
1954 – 2017
On October 11, 2017 Vera Gay Snow passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Center in St. John’s with her loving husband Harold by her side. She was 63 years of age. Vera was predeceased by her father, Reginald Wellman. Left with fond and loving memories is her husband Harold of St. John’s and her two sons-Elvis (Carrie) of Springdale and Craig (Jessie) of Marystown. Also leaving to mourn are her mother Nina Wellman; sisters-Faye (Alfred), Cindy and Sherry (Paul); brothers-Guy (Heather), Rick (Phyllis) and Perry; grandchildren-Alisha, Amy, Austin, Kaitlyn and Kierra; special nephew Alexander Albert Snow; best friends Jessie Morgan and Ernie Pomroy; brothers-in-law Art (Heather) and Ches (Daphne); sisters-in-law Bernice and Ruth as well as many friends. Pastor Lindsey Foster will conduct the funeral service from Central Funeral Homes in Springdale on Saturday, October 14 at 11:00 am. Interment will be at the Pentecostal Cemetery. Pallbearers are Art Snow, Craig Young, Elvis Young, Krystal Domalain, Tiffany Wellman and Jenny Porter. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
