JOYCE EVELYN RIDEOUT
1922 – 2017
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Joyce Rideout announce her passing at the Green Bay Health Care Center in Springdale on November 19, 2017 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by her parents, her two husbands; sisters-Margaret (1920-35), Effie (White-1909-91; brothers-Claude (1905-89), John (Jack 1926-99) and Chesley (1918-2003). Much loved and missed by- sister-in-law Inge Card (Penticton, BC); her nephews Jim and Neil Card, Tony Vokey, Wesley Hibbs ; Nieces-Pearl (Vokey) Dawson; esp. Nada, Amy & Moyra; Niece Carol (White) Keough ; special friends-Rita Adams, Mildred Bartlett, Norma & Donna Best, Maxine Blake, Rev. Guy & Deanna Matthews and families as well as many other relatives and friends from far and near. Major Lindsay Oxford will conduct the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in King’s Point on Wednesday, November 22nd at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at the Interfaith Cemetery in King’s Point. Pallbearers are Robert (Bob) Smith, Guy Stoodley, Clem Newbury, Perry Gillingham, Winston Tucker and Dudley Burt. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
