EDNA PHYLLIS SMITH
1934 - 2017
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edna Phyllis Smith announce her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor on November 27 at the age of 83. She retired from Bank of Montreal. Edna is predeceased by her parents, Clementina and Azaniah. Edna leaves to mourn special friends Sandra Arnold, Ruby Sellars, Sheila Budgell, special cousin Fred Barrett, and a large circle of relatives and friends. The funeral service will be held at the Memorial United Church in Grand Falls-Windsor on Thursday, November 30th, at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be held at the Interfaith Cemetery, Grand Falls-Windsor. Pallbearers are Glen Mouland, Vince Christian, Harry Parsons, Richard Randell, Merricks Chipp, and Garfield Roberts. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Jim Maidment of Central Funeral Homes. No flowers by request. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Memorial United Church, Grand Falls-Windsor.
