STELLA JANET TOMS
1922 – 2017
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Stella Janet Toms announce her passing at the Green Bay Health Care Center in Springdale on November 29, 2017 at the age of 95. Stella was a member of the United Church Women. She retired from Guy Bartlett & Son as a Sales Clerk. She was predeceased by her husband Cyril; parents; brothers-Reg, Bob and Ern; grandson Stephen and sons-in-law Harry and Mervyn. Left with fond and loving memories is her son Craig (Cathy) of King’s Point and daughters-Juanita of Dildo, Kay (Melvin) of Silverdale and Lorraine of Springdale. Also leaving to mourn her passing are 9 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren. Barbara Noble will conduct the funeral service from the United Church in Rattling Brook on Friday, December 1 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at the Interfaith Cemetery in King’s Point. Pallbearers are Bruce Rowsell, Fred Rowsell, Paul Rowsell, Lorne Rowsell, Bob Rideout and Morris Burt. Honorary pallbearer is Craig Toms. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
