So sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. Everyone that went to GFA could tell stories of Mr. Stoodley! He was a lovely man and I am sure you will all miss him. It is sad when we lose our parents but hopefully they are in a better place with no suffering. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family

Condolence: To Members of the Stoodley Family;
Sorry to hear of Roy's passing. I(Tom) became acquainted with him in 1973-74 as an English teacher at Grand Falls Academy. He was a seasoned principal, and I was a young, aspiring teacher who respected him for his integrity and professionalism. My years with Roy until his retirement in 1981 were excellent years. Throughout his life, he dedicated himself to school, church, and community.
Please accept our deepest sympathy.

Condolence From: Sharon (Blackmore) and Phil Stubley
Condolence: To the whole Stoodley family

You are much in our thoughts and prayers. I have many memories of Mr Stoodley - in school as a teacher and Vice Principal, and at home when visitng or when I 'baby' sat for Sandra, Dave and Mary Lou.

My overriding memory, though, will always be the relationship between my Dad and Mr Stoodley, who shared a wicked sense of humour and camaraderie - so many chuckles - a great thing to remember at a sad time.

Much love
Sharon & Phil
