We were shocked and saddened at Rita’s sudden passing.
Probably our fondest memory of her involved deep fried chicken. She had a recipe that was second to none. She always insisted not to buy the little chicken drumsticks and said thebest way was to deep fry the whole chicken leg. I enjoyed a good many meals cooked by Rita and many she cooked and delivered!
So sad when a young person dies especially one with such a great personality.
