JESSIE KATE OSMOND
1941 - 2018

Passed peacefully away at Carmelite House, Grand Falls-Windsor, surrounded by her loving family on March 5, 2018, Jessie Kate Osmond, age 76 years.
Predeceased by her parents, Chesley and Hilda Harris; father-in-law, Wilbur Osmond; mother-in-law, Brenda Osmond; brother, Gordon (Nellie); sisters, Jackie Harnett (Lawson), Bana Yetman and Genevieve Fifield (Clarence); sister-in-law, Daphne Harris; brothers -in-law, Dave Chappell and Ray Anderson.
Left with loving and cherished memories are husband, Boyd Osmond; son, Blair (Sherrie); daughter, Karen (Abe); brothers, Bill (Audrey), Jim (Anne), Brian(Marilyn), Bob, Beaton (Annie), Griffin (Diane), Harold (Linda), Lloyd (Linda), Max (Denise); sister, Dawn Brown (Bill); brother-in-law, Jim Yetman; sisters-in-law, Sharon Chappell, Carol Osmond and Dianne Anderson; grandchildren, Stephen(April), Jennifer (Brian) and Brandon (Katie); great grandchildren, Chelsea and Noah. Also, a large circle of nieces and nephews and friends.
Heartfelt thank-you's to special family member, Dianne Fifield for her ongoing support and kindnesses during the course of Jessie's illness and the caring and supportive staff of Carmelite House.
Resting at Central Funeral Home, Grand Falls-Windsor with visitation Tuesday, March 6th from 7 to 9 pm and Wednesday, March 7th from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm.
Rev. Kim Waite will conduct the funeral service at the Memorial United Church at 2 pm on Thursday, March 8th. Interment at Memorial United Church Cemetery, GFW. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Newfoundland and Labrador. Pallbearers are Stephen Osmond, Abe Kennedy, Lloyd Harris, Beaton Harris, Harold Harris, and Sean Harris. Honorary pallbearers are son Blair and daughter Karen.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Jim Maidment of Central Funeral Homes.
