He was so pleasant to be around, I’m sure there wasn’t a person at Abitibi, or anywhere else for that matter, who didn’t like him. When he’d meet you it was like greeting a long lost friend, he made you feel good and put a smile on your face. It’s hard to believe that he is gone from this earth but he will never be forgotten. However, I did meet him back in '91 while we were planning our high school reunion.
