So sorry to learn of Theresa's passing. I grew up around the corner from her, and as a child, walking to school, I would often walk up Fourth Ave. with her. She was always interested in whatever I had to say, and was such a sincere, lovely person. In later years, I'd see her at the hair dressers, etc. and she always remembered me, and asked about family. She was a lovely person, and all the kids on the block looked up to her. RIP, Theresa!
