Condolence: Shocked and sorry to hear the word of Bill's sudden passing. How quickly does time makes years into what seem like hours. Fond memories of wonderful chats and discussions about so many things in life. Bill's mind was so logical, yet balanced, fact based yet emotion guided. A rare bird he was. He rests in peace.

Condolence: To The Family We are saddened at the loss of a true gentleman. Please accept our sincere condolences. He was a joy to those of us fortunate to call him a friend. Among Bill's fine qualities his ready desire to help comes to mind as I fondly recall his time with the Grand Falls Rotary Club. He made a difference to whatever he touched , then and always.

Condolence: So very sad to hear of Bill's passing. He was one of the finest people I had the pleasure to work with. I knew him when I worked as a youth counsellor and he was with the Corduroy Brook Enhancement Association. He was a wonderful role model to the young people and they greatly respected him. His kindness and selflessness was such a gift to others and many of these acts of kindness were never known to most people. He did these acts of kindness not be recognized or for praise, but because he was just that sort of decent, genuine person. His passing is a loss to the community but his contributions are lasting. God speed, Bill.
