It is with great sadness that the family of the late Andrew Richard Dormody announce his passing at the Carmelite House in Grand Falls-Windsor on November 21, 2023 at the age of 78.

Predeceased and reunited with his loving wife of 52 years Judith Dormody; parents Mary and Michael Dormody; and brothers Patrick, Kevin, Michael, Leo, Sylvester, and Jim.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his son Daniel (Angel) Dormody of Ontario, and daughter Kelly (Shane) Park of Irishtown-Summerside, Newfoundland.

Also leaving to mourn are his grandchildren Christine, Keith, Jessie, Brandon, and Jeremy; six great-grandchildren; brother Edward (Marina) Dormody; sister Mary Dancy; and a large circle of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Father Francis Dyke will conduct the funeral mass from the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Grand Falls-Windsor on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Renee Fancey of Central Funeral Homes.
