Annie was born in 1929 to Nellie and James Maloney in Buchans Junction, where she grew up with her brothers and sisters. She married the love of her life, Pius, at the age of 21. Together they had and raised 9 beautiful children. Her family was her life. Sadly, Annie lost her husband in 1990. She was blessed with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved each and every one fiercely and their visits were the highlight of her life. Annie later found happiness and companionship with Frank Keats. They built a beautiful life together. Annie loved a good card game, bingo and a full fridge. No one left Annie’s house hungry. Annie lived a full and wonderful life. We were blessed to have her for 93 years. She will be missed by many.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the management and staff of A.M. Guy Memorial Hospital for the support and care given to Annie in the last three years. The kindness and love shown in her last days were very much appreciated.

A celebration of life will take place at a date to be determined. Funeral arrangements were intrusted to Julia Caines of Central Funeral Homes.
