It is with great sadness that the family of the late Arch Callahan announce his passing at his home in Grand Falls-Windsor on September 5, 2022 at the age of 83. He is predeceased by his loving wife of 60 years, Muriel; and parents Andy and Marjorie Callahan.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his son Paul of Crooked Lake, NL; and Susan Peckford (Rod) of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. Also leaving to mourn are his grandchildren, whom he adored, Kerri-Lynn and Shaina Peckford and Reanna Poitras; as well as 5 brothers, 4 sisters, and a large circle of family and friends.
Dad will always be remembered for his laugh, his love of music, and his generous heart. Your strong will and love of family kept you with us as long as you were. You are deeply loved, forever missed, and never forgotten. Thank you for your loving guidance and we were so blessed to have you, but now it's time to go rest with your "Queen".
As per his request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Michael Goodyear of Central Funeral Homes.
