It is with heavy hearts that we the family announce the passing of Boyce Edmund Ryan at the Springdale Hospital (Green Bay Health Center) on Thursday, March 30th, 2023 with his children at his side at the age of 89.

Boyce was raised in Port Anson and resided in Robert’s Arm, NL for most of his life. He is predeceased by his wife Marie and children: Jackie, Dino, and Tana.

Left with fond and loving memories are children: Morris, Dwight (Brandi),
Kimberly (Kevin), Eddie, and Billy (Joelene); grandchildren: Stephanie and Jae, Justin, Jamie and Russell, Candace and Steven, Jenny and Brooke, Ryan, Hayley and Billy, as well as several great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family.

Boyce spent his early years working with his Father in a family operated Taxi and General Store business, Mining on bell Island, and then went on to work with Bowaters before establishing his family operated business, Roberts Arm Garage.

Boyce thoroughly enjoyed spending time out in boat, at their cabin on the ridge and all the outdoors had to offer and especially when family and friends would stop in for a visit.

It gives us comfort knowing that he now rests peacefully with Marie, and his loved
ones who have gone before him.

Boyce’s Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
