1933 – 2020
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Isaac Bruce Dawe announce his passing in Corner Brook, NL on July 1, 2020 at the age of 87. Bruce retired from Abitibi-Price after 47 years of service. He is predeceased by his wife, Shirley June Dawe. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his daughters, Catherine (Robert Goulding) of Goose Bay, NL, and Louise (Peter Byrne) of Pasadena, NL. Also leaving to mourn are Poppy Hiya’s grandchildren, Stephen, Jennifer, P.J. (Tiffany), and Lisa, as well as great-grandchildren Elliott and Lexi. Rev. Robin Trevors will conduct a private family funeral service. Pallbearers are P.J. Byrne, Robert Dawe, Stephen Goulding, and Roger Mercer. No flowers by request. Donations may be made in Bruce's memory to a charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Michael Goodyear of Central Funeral Homes.
