1943-2020
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Carolyn Arnold announce her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Center in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on June 20,2020 at the age of 77 years old. Mom was a loving wife and mother who loved to spend time with her family and was always up for a good game of Knock or Rummoli. She was so excited to become a great grandmother to Kate.
Mom was predeceased by her mother Caroline Trask and her father Allen Trask, her sister Grace Norman and brother Bill Trask and nephew Gary Trask.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband of 58 years, Edward Arnold, Sr.. Her son Edward Arnold, Jr. of Cambridge, Ontario, her daughter Cindy Davis (Danny) of Paradise, NL. Also leaving to mourn her 3 grandchildren, Ryan Davis of Stephenville, NL, Renee Deering (Michael) of Portugal Cove - St. Phillips and Laura Arnold of Kitchener, Ontario and great-granddaughter Kate Deering. Also leaving to mourn her sister Maxine Edwards. Her sister-in-laws Violet Arnold, Ellen Arnold, Dorothy Trask, Gail Arnold and Brother-in-laws Doug Arnold and George Norman (Ruth). Also a large number of nieces and nephews.
Urnbearer will be her grandson Ryan Davis.
Funeral Arrangements were Entrusted to Ryan Peddle and Julia Caines of Central Funeral Homes.
The Family would like to thank the staff and nurses on 2D and ICU for the care and compassion given to Mom.
