Obituary for Cecil Leonard Fudge

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Cecil L. Fudge (Tigger) announces his passing at his home in Creston South on February 3, 2023 at the age of 67; he was a member of the Salvation Army Church.

Cecil was predeceased by his parents Frederick and Hazel Fudge; brother Major Ralph Fudge (Gloria) and sister Verbena Winsor (Colin).

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his partner of 15 years, Patsy May; sons Christopher Fudge (Daniel Pike) of Windsor, ON, Corey Fudge (Paige) of Carbonear, NL, stepsons Jean-Paul Landry (Allicia) of SK, and Danny Landry of Calgary, AB; daughter Crystal Saunders (Danny) of Marystown, NL, stepdaughters Stephanie May (Shawn Walsh) of Burin, NL and Erica Penney (Kirk Penney) of Charlottetown, NL.

Cecil also leaves to mourn his sisters Vera (Sean), Velma (the late Amaziah); his brothers Ira (Annetta), Rex (the late Mavis) and Clayton (Geraldine); Grandchildren Alicia, Justin (Britney), Isla, Kayley, Kaden, River, Easton, Hailey, Kiana, Kalan and Sara.

Majors Terry & Roxann Feltham will conduct the funeral service on Thursday, February 9 at the Salvation Army Citadel, Triton, NL with interment to follow at the Brighton Community Cemetery. Pallbearers are Corey Fudge (Son), Crystal Saunders (Daughter), Stephanie May (Daughter), Clayton Fudge (Brother), Rex Fudge (Brother) and Ambrose Fudge (Cousin).

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Michele Janes of Springdale Central Funeral Homes.
