Cyril was predeceased by his wife Leone, his parents, his parents in law Ruben and Lucy Locke, brothers in law-Ed Chaytor, Don Clark and Wilson Sheppard; sister-in-law Melba and niece Aimee Rumbolt.
Leaving to mourn his brother Roy ( Margaret), Bruce, Gerald (Barbara); sisters -Jane, Joyce, Grace (Garland Foss), Irma (Dempsey), Glenda (Keith), brother-in-law Larry (Muriel Locke) and sister-in-law Joan Sheppard along with a large circle of nieces and nephews and friends.
