ERNEST DOUGLAS BARTLETT
1942 – 2018

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ernest (Ernie) Douglas Bartlett announce his passing at St. Clare’s Hospital in St. John’s on November 9, 2018 at the age of 76. Ernie retired from farming. He leaves to mourn his partner Lorraine Colbourne and his grandchildren, Ria, Logan, Morgan, Lauren, Emma and Rachel,. Also leaving to mourn are Blair Bartlett and family, Joanne Rowsell and family and Jessie Colbourne as well as a number of close friends and extended family members. Barbara Noble will conduct the funeral service from Central Funeral Homes in Springdale on Monday, November 12 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at the United Cemetery in Rattling Brook. Pallbearers are Larry Warren, Lorne Rowsell, Ron Bouzane, Roy Clarke, Ken Colbourne and Julian Goodyear.
