FLORENCE KING
1950 – 2019
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Florence King announce her passing at the home of her daughter Annette King in Grand Falls-Windsor on September 20, 2019 at the age of 69. Florence was a member of the Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle in South Brook. She was predeceased by her husband Cecil; mother, Mae Boone; father, Edward Boone and sister, Marie. Left with fond and loving memories is her sons – Dennis of South Brook, Claude (Evangeline) of Lloydminster, Ab, Paul (Theresa) of Marshall, AB; daughters – Lisa (Danny) of Lloydminster, AB and Annette (Doug) of Grand Falls-Windsor. Also leaving to mourn are her brothers, Melvin Boone and Edward Boone; grandchildren – Nicole, Courtney, Patrick and Chelsi; great grandchildren – Bentley and Nevaeh; special friends – Felicia and Jason Burton, Patsy and Dave Anstey, Muse Hancock, Thelma Boone, Donna and Archie Morey, Fanny and Roy Wellman as well as a large circle of family and friends. Pastor Kerry Northcotte will conduct the funeral service from the Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle in South Brook on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at the United Cemetery in South Brook. Pallbearers are Dennis King, Claude King, Paul King, Anthony Roberts and Bruce Roberts. Honorary pallbearer will be Thelma Rowsell. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
