1948 – 2021
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Frederick Joseph Connors announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on May 31, 2021 at the age of 73. Frederick is predeceased by his father, Michael Connors; mother, Monica Connors; brother, Patrick Connors; sister, Catherine (Peggy) Mahara; father-in-law, William Wheeler; and mother-in-law, Annie Wheeler. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife of 47 years, Iris Connors; son, Paul Connors of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL; and daughter, Krista Rideout (Lester Rideout) of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. Also leaving to mourn are his sisters, Shirley Palmateer and Patricia Saunders (Nevill); brother, Jim Connors; grandchildren, Matthew Connors, Lexus Rideout, and Lincoln Rideout; as well as his brothers and sisters-in-law, niece and nephew, and a large circle of family and friends. Father Joseph Uy will conduct the funeral mass at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Julia Caines of Central Funeral Homes.
