It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gillian “Jill” Lorraine Rowsell announce her passing at the Health Sciences Center in St. John’s, NL on September 4, 2019 at the age of 62. Jill was a member of the United Church and retired from the Town Hall in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. She is predeceased by her parents Graham and Lorraine Lacey. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband Kenneth, son Gregory of St. John’s, and daughter Samantha (John) of Calgary. Also leaving to mourn her sisters Beth(Pauline) and Shelly, special Aunt Sybil, along with a large circle of relatives and friends. Rev. Kim Waite, Majors Marilyn and Maurice Blackler will conduct the funeral service at the Memorial United Church on Sunday, September 8th, 2019 at 2:00 PM. Urn bearers are her children Samantha and Gregory. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Jim Maidment of Central Funeral Homes.
