LEONNE MARGARET DAVIS
1943 - 2022
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Leonne Margaret Davis announce her passing at the Carmelite House in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on January 5, 2022 at the age of 78. Leonne is predeceased by her husband, Rex Davis; parents, Nellie and Joseph Coles; and brother, Eugene Coles. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her sons, David (Kerri), Craig (Cynthia), and Eugene (Judy) of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. Also leaving to mourn are her grandchildren, Justin, Brandon (Sara), Dean (Amanda), Gerald (Kelsey), and Christopher, a number of great-grandchildren; sister, Joan Thompson (Jack); and sisters-in-law, Betty Coles, Betty (John) Mercer, and Marguerite Mazereeuw.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Carmelite House, especially the staff on D wing, who were like family to Leonne and to us - we can't thank you enough.
Rev. Kim Waite will conduct the funeral service from Central Funeral Homes Chapel in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Friday, January 7, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. for family and invited friends only with interment to follow at the Interfaith Cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Jim Maidment of Central Funeral Homes.
