Passed peacefully away on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, Lewis George Pynn, age 91 years.

Predeceased by his parents Wilson and Dulcie Pynn; siblings Genevieve (Ken) and Scott (Ermie); parents-in-law Edgar and Gertrude Best; brothers-in-law Robert Best (Evangeline), Norman Best (Margaret), and Edgar “Bud” Best (Patricia).
Leaving to mourn his beloved wife of 69 years, Frances; children Dianne Hodder (Keith), Donna Verge (Otto), and Wade Pynn (Cynthia); grandchildren Craig Verge (Kim), Mark Verge (Sarah), Katie Hodder (Jamie), Morgan Pynn (Justin), Myles Pynn (Brianna), Madison Pynn (Colby); eight great-grandchildren; extended family and friends.

Visitation to take place on Sunday, October 2, 2022 from 7pm-9pm at Central Funeral Homes, Springdale. Funeral service to be held from the Central Funeral Home Chapel, Springdale on Monday, October 3rd at 1pm. Interment to follow at Jackson’s Cove Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lewis’ memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
