Obituary for Lucy Bouzane (Dobbin)
A limb has fallen from our family tree but please do not be sad for me. Remember all the good times filled with laughter and love, a life fully blessed when I was strong.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lucy Bouzane on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at the age of 91 years.
Lucy was an exceptional wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who cared deeply for her family. She had a warm loving heart and always ensured any visitors felt welcomed and never left with an empty stomach. She did this, not out of a sense of obligation, but because it was who she was.
Lucy is survived by her children; Greg (Angela), Fred (Maureen), Wayne, Daniel (Georgina), Basil, Richard (Dana), Bruce (Sue), Paul, Cassie (Paul), and her many Grandchildren, and Great-Grandchildren.
Predeceased by her parents, David and Annie Dobbin. Her brothers; Jack, Harold, Gord and David Jr. Her sister Hillary. Her husband Francis Bouzane, and her children Donnie, Junior, and Cassie.
A very heartfelt thank you is extended to the staff at Green Bay Health Centre for all the love, caring and kindness shown to our family through the difficult time. The treatment shown during her last days will never be forgotten. She has finally received her wings and is flying with the angels.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Central Funeral Homes. Thank you for making a difficult time a little easier.
