MARGARET HISCOCK (NEE CONNORS)
1965 - 2020
Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family, Margaret Hiscock (nee Connors). Predeceased by her parents, Albert and Eleanor Connors. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her loving husband, Rick Hiscock; daughters, Kim (Joey Murphy), Mary (Tim Park), Michelle (Sam Akila), Eleanor (Shane Keats), and Elizabeth (Geoff Barrow); grandchildren, Claire Kelly, Chloe Reynolds, Abby Barrow, Connor Park, Kane Bouzane, and Brandon Dillon; brother, Chris Connors (Elaine); extended family, Levi Matthews, Cynthia (Steve Hillier), Richard Parsons (Alfred Rideout); nieces and nephews; special friends, Christine and Alana Tait; members of the Hiscock and Connors’ families; and oodles of poodles. Special thank you to the staff at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, especially Ed and Nicole, for their compassion, care, and professionalism. Father Joseph Uy will conduct the funeral mass on Monday, November 9, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. In keeping with COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral mass will be for family and invited guests only. Interment to follow at the Interfaith Cemetery, Grand Falls-Windsor. Pallbearers are Tim Park, Geoff Barrow, Shane Keats, Raymond Hiscock, Kevin Connors, and Jim Connors. Honorary pallbearers are Christopher Connors, Jonathan Shallow, Joe Penney, Shawn Hiscock, Bob Shallow, and Don Paul. Flowers gratefully accepted by the family or donations may be made in her memory to the Exploits Valley SPCA. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ryan Peddle of Central Funeral Homes.
