It is with great sadness that the family of the late Margaret Anne Mercer announces her passing at the CNRHC in Grand Falls – Windsor on November 15, 2023, at the age of 71.
Predeceased by her grandparents Jack & Margaret Mercer, parents Wilbur & Jean Mercer, sisters Deborah and Beverly Mercer and brother-in-law Tony Gillard.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories son Terry Mercer, brothers Al (betty), Gary (Marilyn), Vincent (Beverly), sisters Patricia (Paul Boone), Gail (Tony Gillard – deceased), Kathy Hamilton, Brother-in-law Greg Connors (Deborah- deceased), stepdaughter Rose Jacques, step grandchildren, Mackenzie, Cassidy, and Nathaniel. Also leaving to mourn is her close and longtime friend Diane Burton and Cousin Yvonne King, niece Natasha Ivany and many more nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Her family would like to thank the CNRHC staff for taking such good care of her in her time of need and a special thank you to Yvonne King who was at her side every day.
Donations can be made to the family. As Margaret’s request, there will be no service or viewing, internment has already taken place.
