Wall, Margaret Clara (February 4, 1925 to August 20, 2021). Passed peacefully away in Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland, at the age of 96 with family by her side. Predeceased by her husband, James, and parents, Patrick and Kathleen Healey, brother Patrick and wife Evelyn, step-brother Jack and wife Mary.
Leaving to mourn her sons Jim (Rosemary), grandchildren Mark, Jeff, Jennifer, Amy and James; Terry (Patricia), grandchildren, Jason, Eryn, and Meghan; daughters Brenda Cooper (Dennis), grandchildren Jeff, Wendy, Denise, and Chris; Linda Katountas (Milton), grandchildren Anna, Nika, and Michael; sons Garry (Rhonda), grandchildren Kate and Thomas; Adrian (Diane), grandchildren, Scott and Samantha; Gord (Tanya), and grandson Gavin; 22 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins, who will dearly miss her. Forever remembered by her friends, especially the staff and residents of Golden Years, where she spent her final years in their wonderful care.
Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her quick wit and love of dancing to traditional Newfoundland music. Margaret loved knitting, playing darts, and a having a game of cards with her friends and family, and was especially proud of the many years she worked with Central Health as a pediatric LPN.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation on Monday, August 23, 2021 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Central Funeral Home, 45 Union Street, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. Funeral mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Cathedral, 8 Church Road, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at 11 a.m. Internment at Interfaith Cemetery, Union Street, to follow the service.
