July 19, 1990- December 12, 2021
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Paul Eugene Nathan Mahar announce his passing in Calgary, AB on December 12, 2021, at the age of 31. Paul was a member of the Catholic Church.
Paul is predeceased by his grandparents, Joe Mahar Sr., Maggie Mahar, Allan Nippard, and Helen Nippard; and cousins, Dean Nippard, Rodney Coles, Nathan Nippard, Rita Nippard, and Beatrice Nippard.
Left with fond and loving memories are his mother, Mary Mahar (Danny Butt); father, Eugene Nippard (Marion Coffey); common-law spouse, Kayla Reddick; sons, Camron Whiffen of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, Zaiden Mahar of Calgary, AB, Zander Mahar of Calgary, AB; daughter, Emily Locke of Badger, NL; and step-daughter, Raina Reddick-Ahmadi of Calgary, AB. Also leaving to mourn are his sisters, Sherry Nippard and Tina Nippard, and a very large number of extended family & friends.
Resting at Central Funeral Homes Chapel, Grand Falls-Windsor on Sunday, December 19, 2021 from 7-9 p.m. and Monday, December 20, 2021 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m, in keeping with COVID-19 restrictions with one household bubble visiting at a time.
Father Joseph Uy will conduct the Funeral Service from the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow at the Interfaith Cemetery, Grand Falls-Windsor. Pallbearers are Justin Mahoney, Eggie Atkins, Ern Ballard, Andy Hibbs, Travis Nippard, Jason Lingard.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ryan Peddle of Central Funeral Homes.
