Obituary for Pauline Maggie Brown (Gillingham)
The family of the late Pauline Maggie Brown is saddened to announce her passing at the Green Bay Health Care Centre in Springdale on February 9, 2023 at the age of 82.
She was predeceased by her husband, Bruce, parents Harvey & Mary Jane Gillingham and Brother Arthur Gillingham.
Pauline leaves to mourn with found and loving memories her son Ronald of Springdale. She also leaves to mourn her brother Wilbert (Chloe); sisters Bonnie (the late Calvin Evans), Martha (the late Lawson Upward and Una (the late Les Critch).
Pauline was born and raised in King’s Point; she later moved to Springdale where she married her husband, Bruce Brown; together they had one son, Ronald. Throughout her life she was a very familiar sight working at the local pharmacy and in later years the grocery store.
She always enjoyed socializing with her family and friends and anyone who visited her workplace. After her retirement she enjoyed knitting, walking, reading and spending time with her cat. She will be forever remembered for her kindness and pleasant disposition to all she met.
Final arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear of Springdale Central Funeral Homes. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no funeral or graveside service.
