The family of the late Rayfield George Wiseman are saddened to announce his passing at the Green Bay Health Centre Springdale, NL on December 8, 2023 at the age of 76. Rayfield retired from the Town of Springdale where he worked as heavy equipment operator.

He was predeceased by his parents, George and Sedella Wiseman and sister Marion Locke.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are Pansy Sheppard, Spouse; Son, Roger Wiseman (Tina); Daughters Bonnie Matthews(Craig) and Bettylou Osbourne (Joseph) all of Springdale. Also leaving to mourn sisters Evelyn Fudge, Alva Warford-Coombs, Golda King, Pauline Canning, Bonnie Clarke and Kay Burton; brothers Wallace Wiseman and Roy Wiseman; Grandchildren, Peter Matthews, Justin Matthews, Angie Matthews, Jonah Wiseman, Jaden Wiseman, Gavin Osbourne, Jared Osbourne and Jermaine Sacrey, great grandchildren Peyton and PJ Matthews, and a large circle of family and friends.

Pastor L. Foster will conduct the funeral service at the Pentecostal Church, Springdale on Monday, December 11, 2023 at 1:30 pm with interment to follow at the Springdale Pentecostal Cemetery. Pallbearers are son, Roger Wiseman; son-in-law Craig Matthew, Grandsons, Peter Matthews, Justin Matthews, Jonah Wiseman and Jermaine Sacrey.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear of Springdale Central Funeral Homes.
