It is with great sadness that the family of the late Shirley Pynn (nee Reader) announce her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Hospital on Wednesday, September 8th, 2021.

Shirley was predeceased by her ever loved husband Roy, parents Ross and Drucilla Reader, brother Cyril Reader, and stepsister Marion Brooks. Left to mourn are son Gary (Kari), Cap Pele NB, and daughter in law Joan, Grand Falls Windsor. Also leaving to mourn are sisters-in-law Eva (John Stacey) to whom the family owes a tremendous debt of gratitude, Maureen Pynn, Elizabeth Wells, Margaret Pynn, Jean (Vic Fildes),and Glenda Reader.

Always loved and cherished are her grandchildren Jeremy (Tammy), Milford NS, and Chelsey(Brett) Perry, Calgary AB. Shirley was also blessed with great grandchildren Grace and Madelyn Pynn, and Nathan Perry who she loved and cherished deeply.

A celebration of life will be held at Central Funeral Homes Chapel on Saturday, September 11, at 2:00pm. Visitations will be held on Friday September 10th from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 7:00 to 9:00pm.
A private Interment ceremony will be held at a later date.
