Obituary for Wilfred Eisan House

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Wilfred Eisan House announce his passing on October 28, 2022 at the age of 81.
Wilf was always known to be a hard worker - early in his career he operated a taxi service in Goose Bay, Labrador. After leaving Labrador, he returned back to the island and started fishing which he did until retirement. After this, Wilf was able to spend more time doing the things he loved.
Wilf spent the majority of his life on the salmon river or in the woods snaring rabbits, looking for his next moose and cutting wood to stay warm for the winter. If you were looking for Wilf, you could always find him up at the cabin feeding the chickens, tending to his garden, drinking a beer, and saying a few swear words. Above all, Wilf cared deeply about his family and always wanted to see them happy.
Wilfred is predeceased by his mother Myra Eisan, father Clyde House, brothers Clyde, Roger and Lionel, sisters Meta and Margaret, and his daughter Valerie.
Left with loving memories are his partner Neta Vincent, his daughter Cathy (Darrin) and his son Michael (Rhonda), step-children Tracy (Beverly), Trevor (Tracey), Trent (Amy), Toby (Kimberly), brother Terry, sisters Helen and Olive, grandchildren Danielle, Chantelle (Trevor), Jessica, Jenelle, Kelsey, and Kolby, step-grandchildren Courtney, Taylor, Felicia, Blake, Stacy, Jacob, Dawson, step-great grandchild Owen, and extra special great grand daughter Zoey.
Wilf will always be remembered as a great partner, a proud father, caring grand father and great grand father, and a wonderful brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.

Forever loved, forever missed.
See ya the fall.
