LESLIE BASIL OAKE
1963 – 2018
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Leslie Basil Oake announce his sudden passing at Pilley’s Island, Newfoundland on September 8, 2018.
Leslie was a very kind person with a very warm and generous heart. He had an infectious laugh and a great sense of humor. He was very family oriented and many of his friends often became family. To be loved and admired by him was very special. He will be sadly missed but never forgotten.
Leslie is predeceased by his parents Alice (Ball) and Leslie Oake.
Left with fond & loving memories are his daughters, Cynthia and Stephanie (Christian), and nephew Cody (Christa).
Left to mourn are his sister Dana (Todd ) and brother Dwayne.
Others include a special pet & companion, Lucky and many extended family & friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Those details will be shared as soon as the arrangements have been finalized.
