MARJORIE TUCKER
1933 – 2018

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marjorie Aldis Tucker announce her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Center in Grand Falls-Windsor on November 1, 2018 at the age of 85. Marjorie was a member of the United Church. She was predeceased by first husband Roland Weir; parents, Gladys & Norman Penney and brother Arthur Penney. Left with fond and loving memories is her Husband Ronald Tucker; sons Arthur Weir (Gail) of CBS, Claude Weir (Paula) of Springdale, Maxwell Weir (Roberta) of Springdale and stepson Kevin Tucker (Jackie) of Beachside; stepdaughter Brenda Penney (Neil) of Triton. Also leaving to mourn are her sister Edna Locke (Walter) and sister-in-law Norman Penney; grandchildren – Andrea Rowsell, Mark Weir, Nathaniel Weir, Tyler Weir, Stephanie Penney, Ryan Tucker, Clarke Weir, Lydia Weir, Spencer Weir; great grandchildren – Avery Rowsell and Emily Rowsell; step grandchildren – Kelsey Andrews and Sterling Andrews; step great grandchildren – Cayden Andrews as well as nieces, nephews and many other extended family members and friends. Major Gerald Lacey will conduct the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in Springdale on Tuesday, November 6 at 11:00 am. Interment will be at the United Cemetery. Pallbearers are her sons Arthur Weir, Claude Weir and Maxwell Weir, step sons Kevin Tucker and Neil Penney and grandson Mark Weir.
