It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ronald Wellman Brewer announce his passing at the Health Science Centre, St. John’s, NL on May 14th, 2015 at the age of 55.
Ron retired from teaching at Indian River High, Springdale, June of 2013.
He is predeceased by his father Raymond Brewer; grandparents, Nada and Gordon Brewer; mother-in-law, Isabel Crocker; and several aunts and uncles.
Left with fond and loving memories are his wife and best friend Peggy Brewer and daughter, Julia Brewer. Also leaving to mourn are mother, Pearl Brewer;Grandmother Greta Glover; father-in-law, Selwyn Crocker (Frances Brake); sisters, Paula Cramm (Dennis), Anna Clarke (Richard), Kim Brewer (David Snook); brothers, Lawrence (Karen) and Gord (Debbie); sisters-in-law, Gail Brittain (Bernie), Sandra Crocker (Juanita Walsh); brothers-in-law, Ken Crocker (JoAnn) and Bob Crocker (Donna); nieces and nephews, Chris, Doug, Adam Nicholas, Ben, Leah, Danielle, Laurel, Rachel, Bradley, Jillienne, Meghen, Sarah, Dannielle, Kathleen, Michael, Peter, Hillari, Ryan, and Emily; great nieces and nephews, Madilyn, Logan, Jake, Jaxon, Teagan, and Isabel; family pets, Misty and Ollie; and a large circle of aunts, uncles, and great friends, especially his Dart Buddies!
A special thank you to all the Doctors and Nurses on 4 North A at the Health Science Centre. The Reverend Madonna Boone will conduct the funeral service at St. Luke’s Anglican Church on Monday, May 18th, 2015 at 2:00 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Springdale Blue Fins Swim Club.
