Raymond Vincent Rowsell
1925-2015
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Raymond “Vincent” Rowsell announce his passing at the Carmelite House, in Grand Falls-Windsor on October 16, 2015, at the age of 90. Vince was a member of the Rotary Club of Grand Falls,and St. John’s Philetic Society, he retired from the Pike Group in 1990. He is predeceased by his parents George and Sarah Rowsell, brother Wallace Rowsell, step sisters Ivy Burton, step brothers Leslie Harris, Max Rowsell and Caleb Rowsell. Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Ethel, sons Andrew (Gail) of Goose Bay, Tim (Roxanne) of Gander and daughter Heather (Tommy Gibbons) of Calgary, AB, along with many relatives and friends. Rev. Kim Waite will conduct the funeral service at the Memorial United Church on Monday, October 19, 2015. Interment will be at the Interfaith Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Mike Goodyear of Central Funeral Homes.
