NORMA KAY HAYWARD
1941 – 2016

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Norma Kay Hayward (nee Knight) announce her passing at the Green Bay Health Care Center in Springdale on January 15, 2016 at the age of 74. Norma was a member of the Salvation Army Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Ronald George Hayward; parents, Maxwell & Florence Knight. Left with fond and loving memories is her sons-Paul Hayward of St. John’s and Dwayne Hayward of Springdale; daughters-Lynn Normore (Rennie) of Springdale and Lana Hayward-King (Paul) of Conception Bay South. Also leaving to mourn are her sister Glenna Richards (Roy); brothers-Colin Knight (Brenda) and Lorne Knight (Sandra); grandchildren-Tia Normore (Roy Oake), Madeline Hayward; great grandchildren-Reggie Oake, Harlow Oake and a large circle of nieces and nephews. Majors Collin & Jacqueline Abbott will conduct the funeral service from Central Funeral Homes in Springdale on Monday, January 18, 2016. Interment will be at the Salvation Army Cemetery. Pallbearers are Colin Knight, Lorne Knight, Rennie Normore, Paul Hayward, Dwayne Hayward and Paul King. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
