RAYMOND MAXWELL PIKE
1928 - 2008

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Raymond Maxwell Pike announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Care Centre in Grand Falls - Windsor on December 7, 2008 at the age of 80 years. Raymond was a member of the RCAF (ret’d ), Masonic Lodge Northcliffe, #1086 A.F. & A.M. Raymond retired from DVS, Grand Falls Heavy Equipment Instructor. Predeceased by his wife Fronie, mother- Sadie, father Norman, brothers Joe & Clayton, sister Doris. Left with fond and loving memories are daughters; Elizabeth (Edward Winsor) of Harbour Grace, Bonnie Walsh of Grand Falls- Windsor, NL. Also leaving to mourn sisters; Hilda, Ada, Frances& Ruby, brothers- Aubrey, Cecil, Winston & Doug. Grandchildren Rudy, Rayna (Gary), Katie, Judson (Bobbi), & Elizabeth (Darrell). Great-grandchildren; Hannah, Jaxon, Gabe & Gracie Lynn. Captains Morris and Wanda Vincent and Major Cecil Pike conducted the funeral service at the Salvation Army Citadel in Chance Cove on December 11,2008. Interment was at the Salvation Army Cemetery in Chance Cove. Pallbearers were Family Members. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Jim Maidment of Central Funeral Homes
