DOUGLAS GEORGE WARD
1959 – 2016
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Douglas George Ward announce his passing at the Green Bay Health Care Center in Springdale on October 10, 2016 at the age of 57. Douglas worked at B.C. Ferries in Victoria, B.C. He was predeceased by his father, Eric Ward and his mother Joyce Ward. Left with fond and loving memories is his sisters-Loretta Ward (Rene) and Dianne Bailey (Rick); nephews-Pat Bailey and Craig Bailey as well as his niece Katleen Arsenault. Captains Steven and Lynette Barrett will conduct the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in Triton on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at the cemetery in Brighton. Pallbearer will be his sister Loretta Ward. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
