ADA MAE FOSTER
1939 – 2017

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ada Mae Foster announce her passing at the Toronto East General in Toronto, Ontario on January 29, 2017 at the age of 77. Ada Foster was a member of the UCW. She was predeceased by her parents Allan & Daisy Newbury; brother Ches Newbury; sisters-Yvonne Gillingham, Blanche Giles and Geraldine Rideout. Left with fond and loving memories is her husband Hedley Foster of Springdale and son Rayfield Foster of Scarborough, On. Also leaving to mourn are grandson Darren Green (Trina); granddaughter Sherry-lynn Hillier (Robert); great grandchildren-Nathan, Lily, Ethan and Emma; brothers-Oswald (Motee), Gary (Christine); sisters-in-law-Marie Henstridge, Rita Adams, Mary Foster, extended family Betty (Leo) and a large circle of family and friends. Rev. Sharon Earle-Marshall will conduct the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in King’s Point on Saturday, February 4 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at the Interfaith Cemetery in King’s Point. Pallbearers are Robert Hillier (Grandson), Darren Green (Grandson), Eugene Giles (Nephew), Perry Gillingham (Nephew), Basil Saunders (Nephew), Gordon Saunders (Nephew) and Ford Saunders (Nephew). Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
