BETTY MARIE OAKE
1938 – 2017
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Betty Marie Oake announce her passing at the Valley Vista Seniors Home in Springdale on October 9, 2017 at the age of 79. Betty was predeceased by her husband Gerald; parents Sandy & Jessie Burton; sisters Lulu Verge and Joan Burton and her brother Ted Burton. Left with fond and loving memories is her sons-Hank Oake (Geraldine), Wilfred Oake (Cathy), Wade Oake (Monda), and Glenn Oake (Christine); daughters-Audrey Rice (Eli), Dona Jenkins (David), Faye Peddle (Dean). Also leaving to mourn are her grandchildren-Tammy, Craig, Matthew, Nicole, Danielle, April, Megan, Christopher, Monica, Laura and Andrew; great grandchildren-James, Amber, Anthony, Jaden, Gary, Seth, Aleera, Claire and Jake; brothers-Earnest Burton (Joan) and Gerald Burton; sisters-Joy Fudge (Roland) and Marion Burton (Max). Majors Larry & Phyllis Fudge will conduct the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in Beaumont on Friday, October 13 at 11:00 am. Interment will be at the Salvation Army Cemetery in Beaumont. Pallbearers are
