It is with great sadness that the family of the late Clement McLaughlin announce his passing at the Dr.Hugh Twomey Center in Botwood on July 18, 2005 at the age of 61 years. Clement was a member of the Roman Catholic Church. Pre-deceased by his parents Helen and Clement, brother Gerald and sister June. Left to mourn are brothers John (Mary) of Grand Falls-Windsor, Jim (Maxine) of Botwood, sisters Marie Dwyer of Tilting, Betty (Cyril) Austin of Surrey,BC, Yvonne McLaughlin and Helen McLaughlin of St.John, NB. Father Linus Coady conducted the funeral service from Sacred Heart Parish in Bishop's Falls on July 21, 2005. Internment was at the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Bishop's Falls. Pallbearers were Roger Carey, Barry Hoffe, Gerard Wall, Ray Hannon, John Thompson and Gerard Dillon. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Jim Maidment of Central Funeral Homes in Bishop's Falls.
