1933 – 2015

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ivy Maude Noble announce her passing at the Valley Vista Seniors Home in Springdale on March 16, 2015 at the age of 81. Ivy was a member of the Salvation Army. She was predeceased by her husband Herman George Noble and her parents Archibald & Minnie Tizzard. Left with fond and loving memories is her sons-Malcolm (Leah-deceased) if St, Catherine’s, ON, Lorne (Nancy) of Springdale, Elvis (Alice) of Springdale, Archie (Patsy) of Springdale and Rodney (Tracy) of Springdale; daughters-Yvonne (Rudy Oxford) of Springdale, Elizabeth (Roy Prowse) of Bishops Falls, Sherry (Michael England) of Harry’s Harbour, Brenda-Lee (Vaden Thomas) of Springdale, Greta (Marvin Mercer) of Springdale, Michelle of Springdale and Kathy (Peter Foster) of Rattling Brook. Also leaving to mourn is her sisters-Mabel Roberts, Greta Marsh, Marjorie Wells, 23 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and a large circle of family and friends. Majors Collin & Jacqueline will conduct the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in Springdale on March 20, 2015. Interment will be at the Salvation Army Cemetery in Springdale. Pallbearers are her sons Rodney, Archie, Elvis, Lorne and Malcolm and grandson Embry Oxford. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
